The Baton Rouge Epicurean Society (BRES) invites you to engage with the heart of our city's food culture and support a vital mission. Our slogan, Culinary for a Cause, perfectly encapsulates our dedication: advancing Baton Rouge’s acclaimed food scene while simultaneously providing crucial support for childhood nutrition, education, and the development of local culinary talent.
In 2026, BRES is hosting three premier events that combine exceptional gastronomy with charitable impact:
- Crawfete: March 22, 2026, at Live Oak at Cypress Lodge. Join 600 anticipated guests for our signature Crawfish Boil and Dish Competition. This energetic event features the best of local seafood, alongside craft cocktails from local distilleries.
- Baton Rouge Hospitality Leader Award Dinner: June 25, 2026, at L’Auberge Casino. A night of refined elegance, this dinner honors our city’s hospitality pioneers. Expect a multi-chef curated 6-course seated dinner paired with exquisite wines, attended by 550 community leaders.
- Fête Rouge: August 28, 2026, at L’Auberge Casino. Our grandest celebration, the Chef & Wine Competition, draws over 1,000 attendees for an exclusive wine tasting experience paired with delectable small bites.

Secure your place at these must-attend events! Tickets for Crawfete and Fête Rouge are $150 (Day of), while the Award Dinner is $250 (Day of). You can also reserve an entire table for the Award Dinner for $2,500. We encourage you to purchase tickets and tables early to take advantage of discounts and ensure your spot before public release.
For those looking to deepen their commitment to our cause, BRES offers a robust sponsorship program. Benefits, available across multiple levels (e.g., Presenting, Sommelier, Epicurean), include prominent recognition: your logo prominently featured on the BRES website, inclusion in all advertisements, event printed programs, and continuous screen rotation at all events.
Depending on the level, sponsors also receive generous ticket allowances—up to 30 tickets for our largest events—and priority selection on high-visibility A La Carte sponsorships like the Photo Station, VIP Area, or Stage Signage (valued at $5,000 to $10,000). Your partnership helps the BRES Board of Directors, led by President Kelly Firesheets, Vice President Angela Lowther, and others, continue their essential work.
